The entire Outliers crew is thrilled to announce the first OVI film premiere and live audio/visual performance, taking place July 10th in Chicago at Lincoln Hall. The night kicks off with a screening + Q&A session in what used to be the historic 3 Penny Cinema. We’ve got an incredible lineup of artists from the soundtrack (Shigeto / Sweatson Klank / Loscil), and a special collaborative A/V performance of the film’s
material between Deru and Scenic.
Important: Only the first 200 ticketholders will have access to the screening portion of the night, so buy tickets early if you want to see OVI projected larger-than-life in a historic room with amazing sound.
Scenic designed a version of our limited edition art print from the Kickstarter campaign, which we recently added to the OVI Shop. These prints feature graphic elements from the Tim Navis and Kim Holtermand prints, and are available in two sizes. Printed on the same Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308 gsm as the hero posters. They’ll also begin shipping right away, so you won’t have to wait until the film is released.
Take advantage of our pre-sale discount before time’s up. There’s less than a week left to use “OVIPRESALE” at checkout and get 10% off your total order.
We’re hard at work on the film, and are excited to share these teaser trailers featuring the beautifully emotive ‘The Wind Sings’ by soundtrack contributor Goldmund. Enjoy, share, and stay tuned for more previews of the project.
